Description

I first started learning about migratory birds during COVID-19 lockdowns in Queensland, Australia. A Storm Bird (Eastern Koel) had taken up residency in our garden, and we discovered it flew back and forth from Papua New Guinea every year. At the time, this seemed incredibly unfair! Whey were birds allowed to defy our hard borders and freely experience exciting and exotic avian adventures?
