SHIPPING POLICY

Harrisson ships orders once a week on a Monday. Both domestic and international orders are shipped by Australia Post. Estimated delivery time is from 1-2 weeks for domestic orders, and 3-4 weeks for international orders. International airmail orders are traceable to the point where they have left Australia. The delivery of these orders are reliant on overseas postal services. Therefore Harrisson cannot be held responsible for items lost by overseas postal services. While Australian tax (G.S.T.) is removed from all international orders please be aware that your order may be subject to local custom’s duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Check with your local authority to find applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient. If you ordered something that was listed as a “pre-order” then the item is not yet in stock, but the item is being reserved for you until it is in stock. RETURNS POLICY
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for products that are unworn, unwashed with the tag still attached. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return it to us, but we will pay for return postage. We do not offer refunds but will happily exchange your purchase. All returns to be sent to:
